We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Close to everything we needed, and still able to enjoy the quietness you don't often get at a rental.Li and crew were amazing in updating us about check in and making sure things were going well. Would absolutely book again!

Family visit in Wake-Forrest

It was perfect for our three generation family with spaces to enjoy one another's company and to cook for one another and to have privacy as well. We used it as a base to visit with another family branch who lived 10 min away.

My family aged 3-73 thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful property. The street was very quiet, yet every store, restaurant, park, gas, coffee was only minutes away. What a dream location. The beds were especially luxurious. There was lots of space for us to spread out and relax. I'd definitely choose this home again!

Cosy cottage

Comfortable and very well kept country cottage style house. It was perfect for our family coming together for graduation. Our hosts were extremely responsive from start to end of stay. Even send a small Mother’s Day thought to the house for us, which was very much appreciative. Thank you Li and Jason for allowing us to stay at your vacation home.

Clean, but property needs some updates and fixes. Holes in covers on chairs, bathroom towel bar falling off door, and some wall repair in upstairs bath. Lights under kitchen cabinets get extremely hot and I burned myself when I tried to turn them off by touch. They are not touch lights, but someone else in my family turned them on and I did not know. Yard needs some attention regarding landscaping. Fenced dog area was too much dirt and was open to under deck. We did not use.

Clean, safe and quiet property

We were in town for a family emergency, so to have a place to stay with our dog was amazing! The house was clean and a good place to relax and come home to in the evening. Li was amazing at working with our schedule as we had to stay longer than expected. We would stay at this property again and we appreciate having a place to stay with our little dog. We all commented on how comfortable the beds were, so that was a plus! Thank you Li!

The location was great as we were close to my brother. It would be nice if you either put dimmer switches in the kitchen and/or living room for softer light, or table lamps. Extra blankets and sheets for the sofa bed. The amenities say there is a coffee grinder but there is no coffee maker so that should be updated. A notebook with relevant information about the house and what's available in the area would be nice. A welcome basket with local snacks has been appreciated in other VRBO's we've stayed in. Your cleaning person needs to attend to beneath the bed-I dropped an earring and was pretty disgusted when I had to look under the kingbed. We also killed a huge cockroach in the bathroom so maybe a spray is needed, that was unsettling. Hope you find this info. helpful.

Wake Forest home fit our needs

This cute house was located near our friends that we had come to Wake Forest to visit. It had plenty of room for our family (5 adults and a 3 1/2-year-old). The 3 1/2-year-old had to check out all the closets several times and they met his approval! And my daughter-in-law was able to work remotely during our stay. The only negatives: We did notice some tiny ants in the kitchen and the upstairs bedroom with the queen bed. The smoke alarm in the room with the twin beds chirped a couple of times during the day but then it stopped. The shower in the bathroom at the hall was difficult to adjust, even with the instructions given. But these were minor things and didn't impact our overall stay.
