Quiet cul-de-sac with driveway parking. This rental has 2 bedrooms and a large bath to rest comfortably and quietly upstairs. The owner occupies the first floor, where guests stay on the second floor. No shared amenity . Enjoy time relaxing and napping near the beautiful waterfall on the landscaped patio. Enjoy the pine trees in the large backyard. Just a few miles and minutes away from shopping centers, and restaurants. Travel 15 minutes to Arrowhead Stadium, 20 minutes to downtown Kansas City, and 2 miles to the nearby grocery stores. Nearby you will find gyms, walking and biking trails. This beautiful home is perfect for you!!

Such a beautiful place!

My friend and i stayed at Ms Peggys house for 3 days. She was so accommodating and literally thought of everything! The neighborhood is so peqceful and quiet! We will definitely come back and stay here !!

Missouri Stay

Peggy is the sweetest! She was available and kind to open her home for our time in Missouri. I would suggest less furniture overall and small items throughout especially in the bedrooms. The stay was comfy and suited our needs. Thank you Peggy 💕

We Left

The listing was wrong and misleading, when we booked the description NEVER said anything about her living on the property. When confronted she said it was listed as two beds and a bath. We felt she was manipulating the description on purpose. She has since changed the description however she is leaving out that she has cats. My mom is highly allergic and our dog would not get along with the cats. When we went to the top floor, the air was on and it was 80 degrees. We decided to leave and go to a hotel. Overall very cluttered.

Lovely stay on the second floor

I traveled with my teenage daughter and her dog and we had a lovely stay in this beautiful home. The owner is in residence on the first floor and was a wonderful host. We had the upper level with two bedrooms and a large bathroom. The bathrooms and bedrooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful houses close to amenities and only 5 minutes off I-70. The yard isn’t fenced but it’s got plenty of room to play and a tranquil patio in the back with a relaxing waterfall. I plan to stay here again.

Unable to stay

Unable to stay. Misleading listing. Not a house for rent just a room and bathroom. We were not aware that the owner lived there full time and has her own pets. We couldn’t stay because she has cats and we had our dogs that don’t like cats, and the fact that we didn’t have access to the house as we expected.
