The property is in a very neglected condition. Things broken, not operational, rusted, dents and cracks in walls and doors, stains on rugs. Cockroaches. Also, there is a very loud construction nearby. We filed a complaint with VRBO. The owner refused to offer any compensation. The location is amazing, though. Unit would be great if it has a major facelift. When the hotel has music (nightly) it is noisy in the unit. But it cannot be helped.

March vacation

We love Setai hotel and were excited to stay at Setai residence side. The condo was spacious and clean but needs work. The seevice everywhere at the Setai property is flawless! Definitely will come back again

MLK trip with teen girls

It was okay but I will stay at 1 Hotel Residence bc you get more of a hotel feel rather than “some dudes condo” feel. Half the lights worked, stuff in the cabinets that seems like someone just moved out to rent it for the weekend, impossible to get main TV on. Hunter is really nice. He we answers questions quick but you aren’t sure why half the lightbulbs are out in the place. Same price as a three bedroom residence at 1Hotel which is prestine. Not a bad place though if the 1Hotel is booked.
