The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Place all trash from your stay in the garbage can beside the house. If checking out on Sunday, place the can at the end of the driveway in the grass, Garbage is picked up every Monday morning.

Please place all used linens in the bathtub.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

There is a NO PARTYING POLICY! There are non-recording noise monitors on the outside of the property. I reserve the right to remove all occupants.

The Wi-Fi password is located on the side of the refrigerator.

The property had an excellent view of the Lake from the front patio. Parking was copious. The house was clean, communication and check in were easy. Would stay again.
