Beach and Lake Erie access are at your own risk. There are steps to the erosion control boulders. Hold railing, steps can be slippery when wet.
Access OUR beach frontage, you need to climb over the boulders. NO CIRCUMSTANCE MAY ANYONE TRESSPASS ON THE NEIGHBORS PROPERTY TO ACCESS THE BEACH.
Please put garbage in outside bins. Trash day is Monday, put trash cans at the end of driveway on Sunday night and the next day put them back.

Pet friendly huge bonus. Lovely updated old charm home right on the lake. Had 4 adults and 4 kids(16 to 6) in the home, so had plenty of space for us all. Steps down where nice, need to finish the cleanup and additional fasteners but getting in and out of the lake isn't too bad. Has amazing views from second floor deck and lower was great to have all of us sitting outside. Will stay again for sure

The house was not clean. The toilet had dried urine on the seat and toilet bowl was dirty. Floors were not clean. And there was dirty dishes in the kitchen and a load of wet towels in the dryer. I did let the owner know about the uncleanliness and he was apologetic and responsive. But it made me very uncomfortable while we were there. The property listing showed A/C and a king sized bed at the house. It was very vague about where it was, but said it was there. It was not. And only the 2nd floor of property was air conditioned. The major disappointment came when we found 6 lindor truffles scattered about in the second bedroom. On the floor. We traveled with our dog and this could have ended very badly for us. At that point I couldnt wait to leave.
