It is a small space with no sink as listed. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. The room was dusty, paper blinds were taped onto the door and windows and they appeared old and stained. Two towels were provided, not sure how long they had been hanging in the bathroom. The main concern aside from those listed, is that there are ants in the bathroom and bedroom area. I would not stay here again.
The guesthouse is exactly as described. Clean, quiet, well-appointed, and non-fussy. The bed was comfortable, which is really all that mattered (to me). The shower was actually nice with body wash provided. While there is no sink (face basin), it is not that big a deal and, for me, wasn't be a deal breaker. I would absolutely stay there again. Thank you so much! You provided a perfect solution for a quick stay.

To start with, if you want a place to stay for just one night then this place will suffice. The cleanliness of this property was poor to say the least. The floor in the bedroom wasn't mopped and there were dirt spots on the floor, as if someone had dribbled a soda on the floor. The bathroom shower has black mold in the corners of the shower.

Not for Seniors! Tiny! NO Sink!
Pros: Nice Snacks in Room, Comfortable Queen Bed
Cons: Not Senior Friendly at all
Sink (ha) outside on side of Host’s house, on the ground, hose bib faucet!
Nowhere to hang clothes, one chair and small table by bed
Bed pushed to wall, not easy to access with chair at end of bed
Blinds over windows were taped
NO Handtowels or Washcloths.
NO Lighting at all on flagstone walkway around the side of Host home. Very difficult walking with wheeled suitcase
We checked out early after ONE night…Host refunded our fee for our third night.
Excessive cleaning fee-$50–Room was not cleaned well and is VERY SMALL!
