The Hiouchi House with Hot Tub

Welcome to the recently built Hiouchi Home located off of North Bank and near the beautiful Smith River. This home offers 5 bedrooms that can easily sleep 16+ people with king size beds, triple bunks, and pull outs. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the back patio which boasts outdoor furniture, BBQ and a large hot tub. Ample parking with an oversized garage and large driveway. This home is located 3 miles to Jed Smith Park and many other redwood state parks and is an 11 mile drive to Crescent City.

Our home is located in a community water district, while we understand water is a necessity we ask to please conserve water when possible.

12 guest are included in this price. Any additional guest will be charged at a 50 per night rate up to 16 guest.Any unapproved guest or events will be charged and a additonal 1000 dollar per day fee added. No events unless prior approved.
