Driftwood Cottage is a craftsman home situated directly on the Ocean. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms and full beds for two in both the living room and the entertainment room, there is plenty of space for everyone in the family. Get cozy with a unique fireplace that hangs in the middle of the living room or unwind in the entertainment room. The wrap around deck is a perfect place to take in the southern exposure while watching the sunset and grilling with the family. Want to get closer to the ocean? No problem, just walk down your own private stairs to the quiet beach right in front of the house. After a long day of play, relax with a steam shower or long soak in the tub with a view of the ocean.
Located in a quiet neighborhood just five minutes south of Brookings and only twenty minutes away from the California Redwoods. Come relax, bike, surf, kayak, hike, fish and play on the Oregon coast with the pleasure and ease of a beautiful home.

Gorgeous views! We did not leave the home the entire weekend, except to walk down to the beach. We were 3 couples celebrating a 70th birthday and had a wonderful time. We all agreed we would love to come back.

We were totally impressed with the experience. The view hits you as soon as you walk in - amazing! We had 6 adults and 1 toddler and the space was perfect for us. Bedrooms were comfortable. Ample seating throughout the house, and even toys for the little one. Great being able to hang out on the deck in the evenings and to have such easy access to walking along the beach. Special thanks for the hosts for keeping such a well stocked, well supplied rental. This has not usually been my experience, so again, very pleasantly surprised. We hope to be back!

From the moment we walked in, everyone agreed this was perfect for our (too short) three night family (party of 9) birthday gathering - the view was breathtaking!The deck was a great area to sit and take in the view. The steps down to the beach will remind you of your age, but worth it for low tide exploring, walk down to the arch cave and evening walks.The fully equipped large kitchen & dining area had everything needed for complete meal time.The home provided a comfortable entertainment area for all ages. Everyone was pleased with their bedrooms/baths and the "boat" trundle daybed was perfect for the twins, Highly recommended and we look forward to our next stay.

Spectacular property! Everything was thought of. Main floor bedrooms were perfect for my elderly parents. Plenty of space for our family of 6 adults. The master bathroom was a spa oasis with steam shower and amazing tub. The ocean views were mesmerizing. We look forward to returning for more family vacations.

This is a beautifully appointed home with a fully stocked kitchen for making wonderful, healthy meals, which is what our women's group did. The views are gorgeous and always changing with the weather, and the location is close to everything. I highly recommend this home for group get-aways, especially with folks who like to cook and eat at home!
