Then, a short one-mile drive on a maintained dirt road brings you to your mountain oasis where you are surrounded by towering trees and welcomed into the tranquility and serenity of the mountains.
When you step inside, you are greeted by the rustic and somewhat quirky charm of the recently remodeled interior. Taking a cue from the numerous bear paw prints found in the snow when Paws in the Pines was first purchased, a theme developed. Embracing the wild spirit of Mother Nature’s mountain animals, each space is adorned with statues, wall hangings and pictures that pay homage to the diverse wildlife that call the mountains home.
