*We are dog friendly! You must let us know beforehand if you plan on bringing a dog. Your dog must be crate trained and please pick up after your dog. $125/stay, up to 2 dogs allowed. No cats please.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire closet (minus the locked owner's closet) via keypad entry



The Neighborhood:

3 hours north of Des Moines, IA

3.5 hours south of Minneapolis, MN

3.5 hours northeast of Omaha, NE

1.5 hours east of Sioux Falls, SD



Other Things to Note:

Primary Guest must be at least 21 years of age to book this property.



Please note there is one exterior security camera above the garage for security purposes

Absolutely no parties- Grounds for termination

Check in 4pm, Check out 10am



Only boats 16’ or less in length allowed tied up to dock on side with boat bumpers. No tying up overnight, only during the day when wind is under 20mph. If wind is over 20mph Renter is required to trailer boat in and out of the lake for use.



Please keep in mind the dock is not available between October 15th through May 1st each year. Once the weather warms up (in May) the dock is placed back on the water for use.



Please be mindful of landscaping and the lawn when maneuvering any trailer. Do NOT use the lot across the street to back up in. That is private property. Thank you for your understanding.



The owner's boat is on site and not for guest use.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
