Between October 15 and April 1, the private saltwater pool can be heated to 80 - 83°F for an optional $100 per night/day fee.
To enjoy the pool during your fall or winter stay, simply message or email us after booking confirmation, and we’ll send a quick request for the “Heated Pool Option.”
If pool heating is not selected, the pool will remain unheated and stay at the natural outdoor temperature

🏡 Luxury Cabin Experience

Step onto the wraparound deck and feel the calm of the forest around you. Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows flood the great room with natural light and views of tall pines. A stone gas fireplace and plush seating make it easy to unwind after a day on the lake or hiking trails.

The open-concept kitchen features granite countertops, stainless appliances, Keurig + drip coffee makers, blender, crockpot, and full cookware. You’ll even find an extra beverage fridge—perfect for entertaining.

Both main-level bedrooms are positioned on opposite sides of the cabin for privacy, each with king beds and ensuite baths.

Downstairs, the bunkroom/game room is a dream hangout space: play foosball, arcade classics, or gather for movie night.

Step outside to your covered patio—a true extension of the living room. Watch the game on the outdoor fireplace TV, lounge by the pool, or soak in the hot tub beneath twinkling lights. Grill out, dine al fresco at the picnic table, or gather around the firepit for s’mores and stargazing.

You might even spot deer wandering through the yard, adding to the serene forest atmosphere.

◆ House Rules & Policies (Please Read Before Booking)

Max occupancy 12 guests. Exceeding this limit may result in extra fees or eviction without refund.
1 dog allowed (max 50 lbs) – no cats, no exceptions. Please notify us in advance.

Heated Pool Option: Between October and April, the private saltwater pool can be heated to 85°F for $100 per day. Notify us before arrival if you’d like this service; otherwise, the pool will stay covered and closed.

Rental Agreement & Security Hold: All guests sign a short rental agreement. A $500 refundable security hold is placed 2 days before check-in and released 2 days after checkout (standard precaution only). Processed securely through our property-management software.

Safety: Two exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and rear entry only – no interior devices.
No smoking, vaping, fireworks, or parties/events of any kind. Violations may result in immediate removal.

Age Requirement: Renter must be 25+ and present for the entire stay.

Internet: Our Hochatown luxury cabin offers high-speed Wi-Fi, but rural outages may occasionally occur.

Starter Supplies Provided: Paper goods, soaps, coffee, filters, basic seasonings, plus a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, linens, towels, and propane for the grill (please clean after use).

Hot Tub & Fireplace: Hot tub is drained and sanitized after each guest. Fireplace operates Oct 1 – Apr 1 only.

Firepit Notice: This is a forested area; Oklahoma Forestry Service burn bans may apply (fines up to $1,000). Check current status before using the firepit.
