Escape to the country! This large relaxing space is
surrounded by pastures with cattle and horses. Beautiful views! Perfect for families who want to enjoy some quality time together. Future projects are completion of the big house and the historic Schoolhouse being turned into an amazing gathering space!
Available locally are floating the beautiful rivers in Steelville and wineries just up the road in St. James. Cuba lakes golf course minutes away.

This place was just as described. There was plenty of room for our family gathering totaling 10 people. The host was wonderful and responded to any messages right away. They made sure we had all the chairs we needed and brought over the cutest farm animal waffle maker when we asked if there was one in the house. It was a very peaceful environment with cows in the field in front and cows in the field in the back. The hummingbird feeder was busy and fun to watch while sitting on the front porch.

Lovely place

Nature at its best. Cows, horses came to visit. Beautiful views. Home, cozy,lots of room. Tv and fan in every room. Our favorite place the covered front porch! Close proximity to hwy and floating, parks, shopping and restaurants.

We didnt want to leave!

Our family along with two other families stayed here for a quick fall getaway. It was the perfect location and size for our group of 11. It had everything we needed including an awesome large outdoor area. Beautiful scenery from the house. That and the amazing weather made it hard to pack up and leave on Sunday! While we were there we went to Heartland Farms in Bourbon. Highly recommend. We are already talking about coming back next year. Can't wait to see how the property progresses!

Relaxing Farm Getaway

My mother and I spent 5 very relaxing days on Delhi Farm. Woke to cows mooing and beautiful sunrises from the back deck. It was partially a working vacation and the office space attached to the master bedroom was perfect for working while Mom visited with family & friends. The house is large and spacious, tastefully decorated without being cluttered. Well stocked bathrooms and kitchen. The host was responsive and very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to include the Delhi Farm in our annual Missouri family trip.
