Located in the gorgeous southern Black Hills of South Dakota at Angostura. Just minutes away from water recreation, sightseeing, downtown Hot Springs. Great views in all directions. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Covered parking behind house as well as paved driveway for parking. Plenty of room to roam on 2.5 acres. Perfect for a weekend (or longer!) getaway with friends or family.

Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please sweep up any dirt/sand that has gotten tracked in.
Please start one load of bedding OR towels before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Bedding needs to be stripped of all beds and placed in washing machine with towels- do not need to start wash.
Dishes need to be washed or dishwasher started upon departure.
All garbage needs to be placed in large garbage can outside. Garbage pickup day is Thursday.
