12 South /Belmont Depot

Hi def. TV's in every room including sitting area/kitchenette,-Coffee maker/ Refrigerator/Foreman Grill -vented out roof.. The rooms in the depot are large an spacious, each room has comfortable bedding and linen arrangement. There are 2 private bathrooms afforded my guests. This is a private duplex apartment . No Shared space. Although I'm available for any guests may have typically I do not have any interaction. During your stay you will have full run of the large front porch. I live in the downstairs an operate exclusively out of the back of the house . There is stairs from the street up to the patio and from the patio there is a 2 landing stair way to where the guest stay. There is no conventional kitchen.

Perfect location - beautiful quiet street -quick walk to 12 s and Belmont and felt very safe. Clean and comfortable accommodations. Owner was great with communication. Would definitely stay there again

Nashville Weekend

Property is in a great walkable safe location to 12 South restaurants and shopping. Bedrooms are spacious. Nice extra amenities for guests is a nice touch. Living area is for small groups only. I would stay here again with family.

HOT Nashville - cool place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great - able to walk to shops/restaurants and was an easy Lyft ride to the craziness of Broadway. Lovely neighborhood. The host was friendly and very easy to get in touch with. The other reviews are accurate. We had plenty of space and were very comfortable. While I only used one of the two showers, the water pressure was probably the best I’ve ever experienced. This might seem like a random comment, but it was the universal feeling from my family!

Great location!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Will was very communicative and had so many extras. Plenty of towels, Kcups, makeup wipes, water in the fridge, and plenty of others. Rooms are spacious! Quick Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway! We would book again for sure!

CMA Fest perfect location!

There were four of us, two attending first CMA fest, and two repeaters. This home is located in a great area of Belmont, with many places to eat within walking distance or a short drive away. Also, heading into downtown Nashville daily was a 15 minute breeze! Needless to say, we weren't at the home much of the time, but the photos and descriptions are accurate, and fulfilled our needs.

Very Quiet, Beautiful, Safe Neighborhood

The property was wonderful and the host was readily available. One suggestion would be to paint stripes on the back steps or add lighting. We checked out very early, but couldn't find check-out expectations. We did our best to clean up, but no rules were included and it was way too early to knock on the host's door. We would definitely return, our visit was Amazing.

Great location, nice, clean unit, very responsive owner

Very nice unit, in the 12 South area. The unit is upstairs from the owner, 2 short flights of stairs. Neighborhood very safe, down the street from Belmont and walking distance to Vanderbilt. Easy 2 mile walk to the downtown area, or uber with a typical fare of $10-$15. The owner is very responsive and flexible. Our flight was changed due to weather, he was extremely flexible with check out and provided a refund which we were not expecting. Would stay there again.

Comfortable, clean, safe, convenient

Adults in town for an event. Neighborhood quiet, always felt safe in his area last at night and early mornings. Lots of young adults jogging or walking the neighborhood. Owner was on property but we never saw him. We contacted him with questions and he was quick to respond. This is the first VRBO home 🏡 have stayed in that we we’re not asked to strip beds or do anything with trash. That was one of the reasons I contacted him before I departed. He replied that was not necessary. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful property located in a very peaceful neighborhood. Just 10 minutes to the chaos of Broadway, but you return to a quiet oasis. Just a 5 minute walk to a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Highly recommend if you want to party on Broadway, but sleep in peace. Great coffee service provided by the owner.

Perfect for a Weekend

We stayed in this property for a long weekend. It was exactly as described and provided what we needed to have a place to lay our heads after a busy day! William provided several small touches and clear directions that are often missing when staying at a property. Absolutely recommend this for a Nash stay!
