GREAT house!

This house was even better than listed. The pictures are accurate and the house is even roomer than expected. The "Owners" are VERY easy to work with and very response. It was the perfect place for our needs as a family and I would highly recommend the house.

- let them know we did not complain while we were here but the lock did not work the way I’m sure they wish. It buzzed all night like someone was trying to get in and we would try to reset but it didn’t last for long. Also so they can get ready for the next guests- there are ants in the hall bathroom. Otherwise very very convenient and we had a ball.

Check in was easy and communication was pretty quick. There were a few issues that we noticed after the first night - 1 of the rooms didn't have a working ceiling fan which in TX is needed & the front door lock would repeatedly make noise like someone was trying to enter. A little scary as the neighborhood felt unsafe. We shared both of these and were told that maintenance would come out but they never did. There were also a couple of light bulbs that were like strobe lights so we just ended up not being able to turn on the living room lights.

Just right for the price

Home is close proximity to many places in Dallas, it is also very close to DART (public transportation) station, so don’t be alarmed by the number of homeless individuals. They do not bother anyone, but know they are there. Neighborhood is quiet for how it looks! House was as advertised and it was clean. Property manager easy to interact with and quick to respond. Fan in one of the rooms didn’t work, as the remote was missing, so it was a little warm in that room. Kitchen could use a few more pots/pans, for example we made biscuits for breakfast one morning, but there wasn’t a baking sheet or pan to use in the oven. It would also be nice to have kitchen towels to dry your hands. More outside lighting would be nice as well. Overall the house met our needs. Seven adults with plenty of room.
