My Husband and I live and work from our beautiful 4 acre property. We moved to LHC in 2019 from the Seattle, Wa area. We love all the Lake Havasu City has to offer all year round. We boat in the Spring & Summer months and go off-roading in our SXS in the Fall and Winter months. We offer our Casita for Guests when our Family and Friends aren't visiting us.

We chose this property because it was large! We needed room to build a warehouse for our business.
What makes this property unique
This property is secluded, secure and private. Neighbors are not right on top of us. We love that it is in a rural neighborhood in the desert, but close enough to get to town when wanted/needed.
