New Listing - Vacation Rental in Lake Arrowhead, CA - Secluded & cozy, pet-friendly, lots of natural light, fully-furnished apartment located in a quiet cul-de-sac on private property just across the street from a hiking trail and National Forest. This newly designed and constructed suite includes a separate bedroom w/queen size bed and both closet and under bed luggage storage space; a living room w/65-inch Smart TV, leather loveseat, desk, high back office chair on wheels and a storage table that converts to a dining tabletop plus free WI-FI and a laser printer; fully-stocked kitchen w/granite countertops, microwave, gas stovetop & oven, refrigerator/freezer garbage disposal, and dishwasher; bathroom with walk-in shower and dual shower heads; a stackable washer and dryer unit; extra bedding, blankets and towels and a designated parking space are all included for our guests.

After living in Lake Arrowhead for years, we fell in love with this quaint mountain town and have watched it evolve into a place cherished by Southern California locals and travelers from all over the world. The area has something for everyone and it only takes one visit to fall in love with Lake Arrowhead! We have opened our home to vacation rental guests for over 10 years so that others have the opportunity to enjoy and explore all that Lake Arrowhead has to offer. Upon booking, you will receive our list of Things To Do In The Area, Local Hiking Trails and our favorite Recommended Restaurants & Entertainment Venues. We invite you to book a stay with us and start making your own memories on the mountain!

The property is located right across from a hiking trail and The National Forest so local wildlife often cross through our yard. You can also enjoy nature while looking out windows and walking through the neighborhood where you will pass by many unique mountain homes.
What makes this property unique
Our property sits on the crest of a hill and has an amazing view of the lake and its surrounding mountains. The home faces the lake which gives a feeling of privacy awhile nestled in the heart of nature. The views from the decks of sunrises and sunsets each morning and evening are breathtaking!
