Yes, freshly remodeled bathroom w Italian tile and large soaker tub. The studio is 600 sq ft with windows on every wall providing nice airflow and views of the surrounding forest and its inhabitants. The property is 2.2 miles to Edward’s crossing which has some of Northern California’s most beautiful swim holes and only 5.9 miles to scenic downtown Nevada City. The studio is located above a garage on a private/fenced acre where there is also a log cabin.

I loved this apartment and its country setting. Carlos is a conscientious host. If I visit this area again I will seek this rental out. I hope it has a better coffee maker then.

The ad was not at all honest. There was no TV, just an Apple TV box if you happened to have an app and a password. No garage parking as advertised, coffee but no coffee maker, garbage all over the yard, BBQ was out in the dirt, 2 space heaters for heat, couldn't find the washer and dryer because it was out in a dilapidated shed in the back. Terrible experience, only stayed one night.
