Welcome to the "Tree City of the World" crowned by The United Nations! We are elated that you're interested in booking our home here in San Antonio, TX! We are located in the "Thousand Oaks" area in a cozy, quiet family owned neighborhood that is HOA-free! We're also a short drive from the airport and other major attractions like The River Walk, Fiesta Texas and Sea World. There are plenty of shopping centers, entertainment venues, and restaurants nearby as well so navigating the area will be a breeze. Since there are plenty of trees in the area you might see a deer or two wandering around the neighborhood and front lawn so driving with caution is advised. We do pesticide bi-monthly but since we're located in the "Hill Country" area, you still might run into nature's friends from time to time. Everything in the home was meticulously hand picked and crafted to invoke your senses and help you relax and enjoy your stay here at our WanderNest Home. The art pieces, decor and accent walls were thoughtfully laid out to give you an elevated and chic experience so we hope that your creative juices are intrigued. Once you step outside the backyard you'll be taken away into a wondrous sparkling and private oasis that you'll never want to leave. You'll also be able to enjoy the relaxing sound of the waterfall feature the pool has to offer as well as the Heated Pool & Hot Tub that is simply going to be the cherry on top for your upcoming vacation! **For liability and safety there are four Ring cameras located around the property. There are two in the front of the property(one in the driveway and one at the door), one ring camera in the back facing the pool and hot tub, and one on the side of the house facing the pool equipment. All of the cameras are motion activated, have the ability to live stream, and record audio and video. We ask that cameras around the property are not tampered with as this will result in immediate cancellation without refund.**

**We must inform you that you are required to acknowledge and accept all house rules before booking and that the accurate number of guests must not exceed the number registered in the reservation**
**No unauthorized parties or events allowed – If violated, you will be asked to leave home immediately without refund**
**No smoking of any kind in the home**
**Quiet hours from 11 p.m to 6 a.m. Friday and Saturday & 10 p.m to 6 a.m. Sunday to Thursday-Violators will be asked to leave property without refund**

Guest Access:

Everything in the house is accessible to guests except two storage closets(located in the entryway and laundry), garage(temporally), and attics. Pool equipment will only have limited access for temperature control.

Other Things to Note:

**Heated pool will be available from 10/15-04/15. If heated pool is desired please notify ahead of time as it may take a few hours to be heated. Please note the $30/night extra fee for this amenity. If fee isn't paid in advance heated pool will not be available.**

** Heated spa will be available year round for free and may take up to 15 minutes to heat.**

**Any kind of commercial photography or filming will be charged an additional fee based on the scope of the project so please message for requests and details**
