The activity center was great for the kids. A lot to do! Close to Busch Gardens and other Williamsburg activities. It is a time share property so at check in they did ask me to do a presentation, but I said no and that was it.

The check-in process took 32 minutes. During that time, I had to speak to 5 different people before receiving keys. The purpose of their process is to funnel people into signing up for a time - share spiel. The representatives during this time lied (about the cost of tickets at Busch and the opening hours of Busch, water country and cw) and became somewhat hostile when I said I was not interested. They also said they would "just keep calling" if I didn't sign up for a time share info session right then. When I made hosts aware it was obvious they knew this was a common experience.Great amenities! (Game room, putt putt etc)Greeeat location! Right near everything.Noisy floors and ceilings from neighbors walking.A bit run down... Carpet, door not really working, key card lock had to be replaced on door and we were locked out for about 3 hours.Overall, a more kid friendly better located much more run down version of Marriot at Ford's Colony.
