Our room was clean. The pool was clean. The hotel was in a great location that was close to everything including the beach, restaurants and entertainment.

Very nice resort

Very nice resort. The only complaint is that you need to talk to their timeshare/resort promotion scheduler before they would provide the key to the room. I was not interested in going to a 90 minute promotion.

The floors looked a little dirty, and there was a glob of hair in the corner by the commode in the master bathroom. Other than that, it was great

Was not told it wasn’t ocean front. Was not told it was in a tower across the street. Wyndham staff treated me poorly because I booked third party. Attempted to communicate with host, host never responded.

Property and staff were great. Company we rented through not as much. The room transfer in middle of stay was not beach front which we rented. We were also told we could merge rentals (which we couldn’t). I think clarity would have been nice.
