Our second time to Destin and first time at Sterling Sands

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the place is very beautiful. We were very disappointed to find outThere were no beach towels, beach chairs, and beach items provided at the condo. You must buy everything, and they make you rent their 2 chairs and an umbrella for another $350 for a week. Nothing included for the overly priced stay for a week. We will never stay here again.

Perfect location

The location on the beach was perfect for us. Walking distance to a great restaurant, water park, putt putt, and go carts. Caught fish from the beach and enjoyed the awesome view

Best condo hands down

We will definitely be staying here again. The best condo we have stayed in. The cleanest , cutest, most convenient place. Only down fall was one of the elevators didnt work for most of the stay.

Perfect for 4 of us.

It was just 4 of us, Husband, Wife and 2 kids. This place was perfect for us. The kids enjoyed being able to get tp the beach easily and they really enjoyed the pool. I will definitely stay at this property again. Staff was very helpful as well.

Perfect Location!

I always worry that the pictures are misleading but these pictures did this place justice! The location is perfect! Just a few steps from the beach or the beautiful pool area. The unit was clean and set up nicely. This is in a central location where you are close to everything, restaurants and attractions or Walmart and target! I would definitely stay here again or in another unit in this building!

My Happy Place

This unit is comfortable, clean and bright. There is plenty of storage and the kitchen is well stocked. The view is amazing looking down at the heated pool and out at the beautiful water of the gulf (and possible dolphin, sandpipers or pelican.)
