Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Set thermostat on 72 during the spring and summer and 68 during the fall and winter
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Any damage that is done during your stay, you will be responsible for any repairs or replacement of broken items.
If you have more then 7 people it will be an additional $50 per person.
