The wonderous city of Naples, Florida calls you to a timeless vacation. And what better place to stay than with us? Our lovely and luxurious vacation home is located within the beautifully maintained gated community of Briarwood in Naples. It's excellent location makes it an optimal home based while you explore this beautiful slice of paradise. An enjoyable 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with its comfortably heated relaxing salt water pool/spa will quickly become your staying destination of choice. Our home has a spacious open floor plan with tile floors designed to comfortably accommodate 7 guests, fully furnished with all the comforts of home including a full kitchen with dinette; living room with vaulted ceilings, large flat screen TV, DVD, and music center for all your entertaining needs. It also features sliding doors off the main living space that open up to the enclosed beautiful open-air courtyard/lanai/pool/spa area. The dining area has seating for eight, so invite your friends. A luxurious king size bed in the Master Suite included with large flat screen TV and access to the very inviting pool and lovely adjoining ensuite bathroom with his and her vanity, walk in shower and garden tub. Across the home is a queen size bed in the second bedroom, and a twin over full bunk bed and another twin bed in the third bedroom, both of which share the second bathroom. The laundry room has a washer and dryer as well as the items you need to keep your vacation wardrobe clean. The courtyard/lanai is furnished with four lovely comfortable lounges to enjoy the outdoors, seating for 6 around the patio table, which is under cover, grill for BBQ and decorated with soothing and lush potted palms and wall decorations. The courtyard and pool are protected with working door monitors and fall alarm if the quests wish to have them.

Enchanting palms and manicured shrubs surrounding the courtyard/lanai provide privacy at the pool, and a truly tropical background.

Our Guests can also use the private tennis courts (which can be used for pickleball), sand volleyball court, basketball courts, playground and communal pools of the Briarwood community.

Amazing House and Location

This house is beautiful!! Layout is perfect. Each side of the house has its own space with the living room and kitchen as central hang outs. Neighborhood is pristine. Front gate staff is very professional and friendly. Location of the house was great. We felt like we were 15 minutes from everywhere. Keith was more than accommodating and welcoming. This was our first time staying in a house rather than a hotel and it was a great experience.

Great Stay

This pool home has everything needed for a great vacation; very well equipped. The pool was perfect, water temperature great and hosts very attentive. Location in Naples allow easy access to most sites. Would highly recommend.

Great location and hosts

This was our second time at this property. We really enjoy the home and the large pool. The home is clean and pictures are accurate. It's only about 10 minutes to several beaches and also great dinning at 5th Ave. The hosts Keith and Beth greet you when you arrive then again on the way out. Keith was very helpful finding additional things to see and do while we were there. We're already planning a trip back in October.

Nice pool area

The only items we suggest is that the bathroom vents needed to be cleaned as they were dirty. All else was good.

Relaxing Trip

We had the most relaxing stay in Keith and Beth's beautiful home. The house is beautifully furnished and clean. Everything we needed was there. The pool was the best part. We spent many hours swimming and using the spa. Sadly, we had to leave, only to start planning our return someday.

Wonderful home in a great location.

Amazing time in Naples!

This was our first trip to Florida. I am so glad that we stayed at this house. Keith and Beth are wonderful people! The house was gorgeous and had everything that we needed. We have 2 small children and the house was the perfect set-up for them. We will definitely be back!

outstanding rental experience

the home is located in a nice, as well as safe ,gated community located close to downtown Naples . Hosts Keith and Beth welcomed us upon arrival, live in the community and were available for any issue one might encounter during a stay. The home is immaculate, with an awesome spa and pool and lots of living a dining space. We hope to return in the future.

Great house peace of mind great price

My family of 7 stayed and were all very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool! I felt safe in this neighborhood. Keith was a fantastic host offering help for anything we needed! The location is close to anything you want to do. The beds were so comfy! And everything was clean! I appreciate having the pool toys and beach chairs there so we didn’t have extra stuff to carry with us back home! We will absolutely be back!

Fantastic location and hosts!

This was my first experience with VRBO and this home exceeded my expectations. The pictures are accurate - the house is lovely and the pool is outstanding. The neighborhood is clean and safe. But probably the best part were the hosts Keith and Beth. They welcomed me soon after my arrival to make sure I had been able to get in ok and gave me some hints regarding the area. I was familiar with Naples but it was nice to get some new recommendations. They live in Briarwood so it was nice to have them close by. I'm happy that I will be renting one of their other properties next year and going forward. This trip was everything I was hoping for and even more!!!! Can't wait to return next year and for years to come.

Outstanding

Our group of 7 have been renting cottages, vacation homes and time shares for over 10 years. This property was by far the best we have ever rented. The location and the property were indeed luxurious. This rental came as a recommendation from a friend who visited last year. The difference from all the others is that the property managers/owners subscribe to the philosophy of customer service and customer experience! We had a super vacation and will return. Let me start with WOW! BEST stay we’ve had in over 6 years of renting in Naples!!!

Cannot begin to put into words how organized and impeccable the house was! It was private, clean and well managed. Keith and Beth were outstanding hosts and as hands on as you need them to be. They live close to the house but respect your privacy. It brought us great comfort to know that the property owners were as responsive as they were nice! If you want the total package away from the hustle and bustle...THIS is the spot! We’ll be back!

Our best stay in Naples so far

We simply love Briarwood. The owners/property managers of Naples Play and Stay greeted us upon arrival and oriented us to the house and rules for check out. They were our constant guides for local food spots, activities, including boat ride to Keewaydin. Keith and Beth are amazing people and we can't wait to be back. Our kids loved the pool all day every day. The outdoor living space was just a piece of paradise. The check out process was so easy and not duty-laden for vacationers. The house was stocked with everything that we may have needed during our stay. The only thing we needed to get was food, that's all. There were plenty of pool toys, sand toys, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. Hope to be back soon!

Great Getaway!

This is a great property with many wonderful amenities! Most importantly for us, was the hot tub and pool. They worked perfectly and were well-maintained! As a family travelling from Canada, we also appreciate a property with beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, toys, bikes, etc. The house has several updated appliances that make the house feel like home: washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, a great blender, two coffee machines, etc. Bluetooth for the lanai is a small but fun detail! The neighborhood is gorgeous, safe, and well-maintained. Proximity to shops and beaches is great. A couple small updates we would recommend are more towel hooks and perhaps a drying rack for the lanai. We play hard in the water and go through towels and swimsuits like crazy. We struggled getting them to dry with limited racks/hooks. Perhaps unique to us, we spend a lot of time in the home after dark reading or doing puzzles. We would recommend more light/higher wattage for these activities in the darker months. Lastly, we'd like to mention this house is close to the airport and a busy road. It didn't really bother us much (we're quite loud ourselves!) but for those seeking a peaceful retreat, please keep this in mind. Keith and Beth live across the street and welcomed us upon arrival. They were friendly and responsive to anything we needed and gave us tips and advice on attractions in the area. Thank you for a great vacation getaway!

A Little Piece of Paradise

My husband and I booked this house for part of our tenth wedding anniversary celebration. It was perfection! Keith and Beth answered all our questions in a timely manner and made a point to wish us farewell in person. The pictures do not do the house justice. The gated community is quiet and beautiful. The house is extremely clean with wonderful personal touches all throughout. It was well-stocked with linens, kitchen items, basic laundry necessities, etc. All you need is your bathing suit and a willingness to relax! The pool and lanai area was our favorite! It is totally private and cannot be seen from anywhere but inside the house. Though we had no children with us, the area is completely safe for all ages as there are alarms on each door that accesses the pool area. Keith recommended a nice farmers market minutes from the house and pointed us to the beaches nearby. They were pristine! We look forward to staying in this beautiful area again! Our week was perfect. We highly recommend this property!

Perfect home

My family has been coming to Naples since 2016 for our vacation and this home was by far our favorite. It is stocked with everything you need and the pool area is a small paradise. Keith was an incredible host who communicated not only before our stay answering questions but even checked in a couple times during our stay to make sure we were satisfied. 5 stars is not enough for this place. We will definitely will be calling Keith for our 2024 vacation.

It is a beautiful home, completely refurbished in the spring of 2015 and has everything a family will need to enjoy a perfect vacation on the Florida Gulf Coast.

What makes this property unique

The home has an open floor plan with access to the pool just feet away from any bedrooms and living room. Spacious master bed room with walk in closet and large 4 piece bathroom and flat screen TV. The good size second and third bed rooms are on the opposite side of the home. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances with granite countertops. New furniture and a large flat screen TV with cable make the living very comfortable and the central gathering spot for the family. The courtyard was recently enclosed with a new wall to give privacy to the pool and home.
Every major brand store and department store, along with unique boutique shopping is just a short distance away. The Briarwood Subdivision is beautifully maintained and operated efficiently with 24/7 personnel at the front gate, located just minutes off I75 and the Old Naples Downtown.
