The pool was amazing, perfect for swimming! Our dog had plenty of space to roam both inside the house and around the yard. The house was spotless, and Gabriel was an incredible host. Hands down the best VRBO we’ve stayed in anywhere in Florida!

We honeymooned here for 2 weeks & we absolutely LOVED this property, it’s gorgeous. Was cleaned spotless when we showed up, communication with the property owner was spot on. The pool was our favorite part, lots of privacy & very clean. Lots of amenities, all worked great. Will for sure stay here again given the chance. 10/10 recommend you stay here!

Great location for us. I worked at the area hospitals snd it was centrally located to all of them. Short drive to the beach, restaurants and shops. Gabriel was very responsive. Enjoyed the pool with fountain! Helps cool the water. Grilled out several times. It was just 2 of us but eould easily accommodate larger family. We frlt at home which was what we were looking for. Would definitely book afsin.

Great vacation

Me and my cousin stayed here for a week, clean nice house in a very nice neighborhood. Pool was warm, we enjoyed biking nearby public parks, going to naples beach thats only 15 mins away, and walking around the sidewalks of neighborhood

Great getaway in perfect Naples location

Our family had an amazing time here. The layout of the house is perfect, everything was clean and as shown in the pictures. The road traffic mentioned in other reviews didn't bother us at all. We enjoyed the pool area and the house itself very much. It is a perfect location to get around ind Naples. Gabriel was really helpful and quick with answering. We'd love to come back!

Beautiful home in a great Naples location!

We had a great time in this home! Briarwood is very convenient to all that Naples has to offer. The home was very clean with great amenities. Gabriel was extremely responsive and even helped us with an early check-in so we could get our babies down for a nap. We will most definitely be back- this home was everything our family could have asked for:)

Great house and pool

We loved the house and the pool. The only reason I scored location with a 4 star was the street noise was very loud for me. Please note my home is in the country so norm for me is basically no noise. I highly recommend this property if hearing cars go by day and night doesn’t bother you.

Communication with the host was great. The house was decent but you could tell the house was just a business and not well taken great care of. Tree Pots in the patio were broken and in piles, we found 6 cockroaches in the house during our 10 day stay, dishwasher wasn’t working but the host did send someone to try and repair it (wasn’t able too), fridge in the outdoor kitchen didn’t work and the grill has to be manual lite(ignitior wouldn’t work). for the price we paid I was a little dissatisfied but it wasn’t terrible

Perfectly Private and Safe Property, Highly Recommendable.

This property is exactly what is listed. Very safe given the gated community and proximity to the front gate. The Pool is very private and the perfect size, gets afternoon sun. The house is no more than a 15 minute drive to anywhere in Naples. The community is perfect for walking and the community pickleball courts and pool are fantastic if you want to socialize. The house is very spacious and there is plenty of room for 2 couples or a family of 6. The owner is very prompt with communication via text or phone. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

Naples vacation

Our recent two-week stay was excellent. After the recent hurricanes we were delighted to see that Naples was largely unaffected and we were able to enjoy all the attractions of the city such as the Botanical Gardens, Naples Zoo, and the many boat excursions. The villa was conveniently located for these, and other amenities in the city, and the wide variety of excellent restaurants on offer. We were also delighted with the facilities within the home, especially the large pool area, and the swimming pool was a real benefit as the local temperature was exceptionally hot. We would thoroughly recommend this property, and the city of Naples, for an excellent family vacation.

Had a wonderful stay. House was located in private community on busy road. The privacy of the property more then made up for any sounds of traffic in the background. The security at gate were always so welcoming with big smiles. The pool was clean and inviting. House was setup with almost everything we could ask for. Property is exactly as advertised and Gabriel bends over backwards to address any issues (which were minor). Outdoor area is very nice. Definitely road noise as mentioned by others but not a show stopper. We enjoyed the outdoor area and watched the world cup from the pool!
