Just a FYI, the hot water in the shower did not work and we could not find the remote for the tv in the bedroom. Just wanted to let you know. We did have a great time and enjoyed the place. Joanna

Thank you so much for your wonderful 10/10 review! We’re delighted to hear you had a great time and enjoyed your stay at Heaven in the Hills!
We truly appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. The shower does have functioning hot water, although the faucet controls may operate opposite of what guests typically expect. We’ll certainly look into making that clearer for future guests. We’ll also double-check the bedroom TV remote to ensure it’s easily accessible for our guests.
Thank you again for staying with us and sharing your feedback. We’d love to welcome you back anytime! :)
Enjoyed our family birthday celebration weekend. Scenery was awesome. Did voice my personal concerns with host. Host was excellent in welcoming us and communicating.
This is by far one of the worst hosts I have ever had to deal with and I have used VRBO for years…if I could rate the place a zero I would for the host alone. I stayed here for 1 night prior to my wedding day. Worst decision I ever made…the place sleeps 10 people but he is going to charge you extra for every person over yourself. Privacy…you will have none, he doesn’t tell you that he lives on the property and tracks your every move via camera…awkward. Paying to stay hundreds of dollars for 1 night in an unfinished party barn with plywood that shares 1 bathroom. Pictures are misleading. And now I’m having to deal with customer support because he is trying to blatantly lie to customer support stating that a cleaning crew found dog food after I left and checked out. Also make sure you take pictures of the property before you leave....host tried to say I had a pet on property and sent a picture of dog food and bowl to VRBO after I checked out. Save yourself the headache…you will thank me later. The guy is a straight scammer. It's not worth your time, money, and peace of mind....plenty of other options in the area.
