Four Bedroom upscale home in a very private location in Goose Rocks Beach with a 2–3 minute walk to beach. Located in the highly sought area between the General Store and Tides Beach Club.

Fully air conditioned with central air conditioning and heating for entire home and mini-split air conditioning and heating in each bedroom. Automatic whole house generator in case of power outages.

Inside includes brand new modern kitchen including Thermador Range, Sub Zero Refrigerator, Miele Dishwasher, Thermador Microwave, and electronic Kohler kitchen faucet, and garbage disposal. 10-person dining room table, 30 bottle Sub-Zero wine refrigerator, new couch and chair in main room, electronic shades in main room and bedrooms, luxury mattresses in each bedroom, high speed wired and wireless Internet, large TVs with Internet TV and Sonos sound systems in main area and each bedroom, desk in master bedroom with back up battery power and printer/scanner.

Outside includes unbelievable sunset views and nighttime stargazing, lots of parking, large private grass areas, basketball hoop, tree swing, propane gas grill (propane provided), fire-pit (wood provided) with stone apron and seating, large outdoor shower, foot wash by main entrance. Note: No access to Garage will be provided.

Beach Chairs, Beach Cart, Beach Towels, Beach Umbrella, and Beach Toys will be provided.

Local attractions include children's morning program (fee per child), tennis courts, basketball courts, and modern kids’ playground (extra fee required, need to join Goose Rocks Beach Association (GRBA) short term membership for access to morning program and facilities (https://gooserocksbeachassociation.org)).

10 Minute drive to historic downtown Kennebunkport with lots of shopping, site seeing, restaurants, and attractions. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by including Earth, Tides Beach Club, Lost Fire, Goose Rocks Beach Dairy, Wolf Lobster, Noonan's Lobster Hut, Cape Porpoise Kitchen, and more.

Parking is limited to four (4) vehicles, to be parked in the driveway only. No access to, or parking in, garage. No parking on allowed on grass.
Guest is advised that security cameras for the exterior and the maintenance areas of the home may be present.
A fee of $100 per key will be charged against the Damage Deposit for lost keys.

We had a fantastic stay in GRB. The location was great with an easy walk to the beach and general store, the host was super responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and there was plenty of room for our group. The kitchen was modern and functional. They layout of the main floor doesn't take full advantage of the space (i.e an extra sitting area that wasn't really used)...but the house was exactly what we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

We had an amazing time at Amy's house. It was fully stocked with everything you could need. Lots of things for the kids to enjoy, especially the property. They loved the street swing and basketball hoop. It was an easy walk to the beach and general store. One of our favorite amenities was the fire pit, which used every night. Our son got married in Kennebunkport and this was the perfect place to wind down after a busy weekend. The location was perfect and we loved the firepit and views and basketball hoop. The heated toilet seats were a plus too!

WOW WOW WOWThis home was so much than we expected. It was a true paradise. So close to an amaxing beach and to the port. There was not one thing that Amy missed when it came to elegance. We had plenty of fires lauging up a storm and plenty of card games together at the large dinning table. We cant wait to visit Del Mar again.

Perfect Family Beach Vacation

What a wonderful stay! The house was beautifully decorated, well maintained and fully equipped with everything we needed! We had a group of 8 with ages from 7 to 80+. The house fit our group perfectly! We especially appreciated the beach umbrellas and chairs! Goose Rocks Beach was delightful! I would absolutely stay her again! Thank you so much Amy!

Great July 4th Vacation by the Beach

This was a fantastic location for a July 4th trip. It was our first trip to Goose Rocks Beach and it's such a lovely spot, especially for kids. The end of the beach is full of tidepools that were perfect for our 4 year old and by the end of the week she couldn't get enough of searching for the "sandy islands." The house was very well stocked including thoughtful baskets of items we might have forgotten and whimsical unicorn and fairy pillows in the kids rooms. Note that the kids rooms are only accessible via a spiral staircase which could be tough for toddlers or anxious parents, but was fun for my big kid. The layout was flexible for different kinds of guests - we had friends and grandparents join and the 4 bedrooms worked great. We also enjoyed the firepit for a couple nights of smores and sunset watching. The host Amy was very helpful providing thoughtful recommendations for our family.
