The Space:
Soft Florida breezes roll across the patio as you step outside to the sound of quiet water and the warmth of the south-facing light. Mornings can unfold beside the private pool while the day slowly builds, or you can settle into one of the indoor living areas before heading out to explore nearby theme parks. Evenings tend to drift toward the hot tub or the calm of the upstairs loft, giving everyone space to unwind at their own pace.
Sleeping arrangements
The home features 6 spacious bedrooms designed for comfort and themed fun. Downstairs, the master bedroom includes a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, the Mickey Mouse room offers two full beds, and the Queen en-suite room includes a queen bed with its own bathroom. Another queen bedroom provides a quiet retreat, while the Rustic room features a bunk bed with a twin over full setup. The Avengers room includes two twin beds and a trundle, offering flexible space for families or groups.
Indoor living
Two living areas give your group room to spread out. The downstairs living room is ideal for gathering after days at Disney World, SeaWorld, or Universal Studios, each only a short drive away. The upstairs loft provides a relaxed alternative for reading, movies, or quiet downtime. The home includes air conditioning, heating, WiFi, TV, a dedicated workspace, and essential home safety features such as a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
Kitchen and dining
A large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances offers everything you need to prepare meals at home. With spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, you can choose where to enjoy each meal depending on the moment. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee maker, cooking basics, and dishes and silverware.
Outdoor living
The private pool with the option to add heat provides a peaceful place to relax, along with the hot tub and outdoor patio furniture. The south-facing orientation brings steady daylight, and the BBQ grill adds flexibility for group meals. Loungers around the pool invite slow afternoons throughout the year. The private entrance and available free parking make comings and goings simple.
Community access
Located in the ChampionsGate community, you have access to a water park, amenity center, clubhouse, and nearby golf courses. The area offers easy access to major highways, shopping, dining, and Orlando’s top attractions.
Practical amenities
A washer and dryer are provided for convenience, along with essentials such as bed linens, towels, and hangers. Pets are allowed, and self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival straightforward.

Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
