We were a family of 9; 5 adults & 4 children that were aged between 5-9 and we stayed in this beautiful villa for 2 weeks. The Villa was amazing as it was clean and tidy and was just as described. The bedrooms were extremely spacious and the children just loved the themed rooms. The large kitchen & breakfast area and the living room and dining area were also superb. Everyone enjoyed the heated pool also and after a very tiring day at the theme parks, was very welcoming in the early evening by everyone. Thank you so much to Lou our host as he checked in a few times to make sure that we had everything that we needed. He was a brilliant host and I thoroughly recommend you to use his super Villa.

Best House in Champions Gate

We enjoyed the adorable rooms and comfortable living / pool spaces. It felt cozy with just our family of 6 and still roomy when the friends arrived. Lou was very responsive and accommodating. Great host and wonderful place to stay!

Lou was an outstanding host. He was very responsive, quick to answer questions, and took care of everything we needed without hesitation. The house was beautiful, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed to cook, including a BBQ, which was a great bonus.The pool was clean and well kept, the bathrooms were spotless, and every room had plenty of fresh towels and washcloths. Parking was excellent. We comfortably fit three cars in the front of the house and three on the side, which made things very convenient.Overall, a great stay and a place we would absolutely book again.

Pleasant vacation home with the family

We stayed for a full 2 weeks. Getting to the home and checking in was a breeze. The home was very clean when we arrived and my kids enjoyed picking their rooms. The owner was very responsive whenever we had any questions or issues and was very quick to resolve everything to our satisfaction. Our kids basically lived in the pool the entire time. Would book this home again in the future.

Beautiful Family Home

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The house was so clean and well spaced out! They had plenty of pillows, blankets, towels and great upgrades. Lou the host was so attentive and helpful always checking up on us! The rooms are beautifully decorated and the neighborhood was safe and quiet! Though we didn’t have much time to enjoy all the amenities we hope to return again! The layout was perfect for my family of 12. ☺️

Hurrication

Evacuating for hurricane Milton, my extended family, and I wanted to all be in the same place in large home together. This property in ChampionsGate, has lots of elevation to keep us safe from potential flooding, and underground power, giving us the best chance of weathering the storm with power and Internet intact. The owner was very responsive and quick with answers to any questions. Our state was brief, but extremely comfortable. We were very grateful.

Upstairs AC was not working when we arrived. Owner did their best to get it fixed and working. Had to stay one night without it working. Light inside pool also did not work which was a bummer for night swimming.

The A/C was fixed immediately. However the guest never reached out about the poo light. It seems they did not how to operate the light switch , which it is inside of the house at the living room. Nexr time please communicate if you have issues . Thanks Lou
