Nestled in the breathtaking landscape of Northeast Michigan, our 4-bedroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort and serenity. The large kitchen is equipped and ready for meal prep and provides open concept relaxation to the large, comfortable living room. The main floor is completed by the master bedroom and bathroom shared by bedroom and living room. shared bathroom. A custom spiral staircase winds upwards to 3 more bedrooms and a charming bathroom. Upper deck and large lower deck with tables and seating provide outdoor living at its best. Charcoal and gas grill are provided as well as an outdoor fire pit for small campfires, weather permitting. 2 Kayaks and lake floaties let you enjoy and/or explore beautiful McCollum Lake. Shared lake access and a private dock are yours to enjoy and a public boat launch and campground are just around the corner. Much of the beauty and experiences that Northern Michigan has to offer are within an hours drive. Please note the woodstove and fireplace on the main floor are not functional and for obvious reasons of safety, cannot be used. The home does not have AC, but room fans are provided for warmer summer days.

We've been going up to the lake for many,many years with the family and enjoyed every minute. Skeet and Deb are excellent hosts and very responsive. The only negative was that we had to leave.
