The Arts and Entertainment District, also known as the Omni and A+E, is teeming with fine dining and vibrant nightlife options.
The district is proximate to some of Miamis most exciting attractions, such as the Frost Museum of Science, Perez Art Museum, American Airlines Arena, Bayside Marketplace, Wynwood Walls, and South Beach. Quick access to three major highways and the Metromover makes getting around from the Arts and Entertainment District a breeze.
This unit is very close to the metromover for public transportation and the free Miami trolley has a stop right infront of the building. Parking is included in the rent.

The building has an on-site parking garage, and a parking space can be provided with the unit upon request. The unit has a closet and the building has on-site laundry as well.
All utilties are included except electricity. The tenant will be responsible for electricity by creating an account with FPL. Electricity is typically around $50 a month.
