Many waterfalls in Rockbridge county as well!

Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $99 + tax per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

The overall house was great. Enjoyed the hot tub even though it was 32 degrees outside. It was nice that the house had multiple refrigerators cause they came in handy. There were enough beds to sleep all of us.

Property was in poor condition upon arrival. There was a ball of hair in the shower, there was food waste in the kitchen, and the sheets had clearly been used by a previous guest. The host instructs you to not strip the beds upon leaving, so it seems that they do not intend to change the sheets. Host did not change the sheets or remove the ball of hair upon our request that they do so and sent unprofessional and confusing messages about how they do not make enough money from renting the property, which is absolutely none of my business. Avoid this place at all costs if you value cleanliness and professional communications.
