Experience the ultimate getaway…. Swim and enjoy the private pool to the property, stunning views and luxurious amenities. Tucked in a private area of Fallbrook come enjoy where Hollywood would relax by the pool, enjoy the views and hide. This charming one bedroom, one bath is fully stocked with Matrix shampoo, conditioner & body wash. The pool house has a fully equipped kitchen & sitting room with TV, internet, games & puzzles. Best of all, sit by the pool enjoy the views & nature surrounding you. (Pool is heated by Solar panels it’s seasonal, but spa always works). Close to hiking, local wineries, or a 20 min drive to Temecula. As much as we love children, this home is for Adults ONLY. We do NOT allow children to stay or visit at the home for safety reasons. Thank you for understanding. Main house does not share any walls to the guest house. Not to mention Fallbrook is the avocado capital of the world! See you soon!

We loved our 3 night stay! The hot tub was so relaxing and we used it all 3 nights we were there. The guesthouse is super charming, very clean, comfortable and spacious. We both thought the online photos don’t do the actual size of the guesthouse or the pool and hot tub justice. The view is unparalleled from the expansive deck area and we were thrilled to find the golfing green . It was very quiet and peaceful. Carrie was the sweetest host and check-in/out was a breeze. Air conditioning was a plus because it was in the 90’s when we stayed, but we were very comfortable during our entire stay. I’m already planning another stay! 10/10 recommend!!

The property was incredible! The views of the valley & mountains were stunning. The pool house was so cozy & had everything we could possibly need. Carrie and John couldn’t have been better hosts. They were beyond gracious & genuinely wanted you feel at home. It was such a peaceful property with abundant hummingbirds and natural beauty. We can’t say enough good things about our stay.We would definitely love to find a reason to go back, if even just to see Koa our favorite Whoodle again.

Relaxing Getaway!

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend and had such a nice time! The place was very clean and Carrie was a great host. We LOVED the beautiful view from the backyard and enjoyed each morning with a cup of coffee on the rocking chairs. Thank you for a relaxing weekend away!

First of all, Carrie was a great host. I was in town for a wedding in Escondido and this location was perfect for my event. The Hollywood Pool House was amazing, the little house awesome and the huge pool made my day. My girlfriend really liked how comfortable and cute it was. Beautiful Weekend Trip

My husband and I drove our son’s car from Tennessee to Camp Pendleton (40 minutes away) wanted a relaxing spot for us and our son to chill and spend time together before flying back home. The home was very cute and the courtyard was beautiful. It was too cool to use the pool/hot tub, but the pool/hot tub was very clean. Susan was very quick to respond and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and hopefully can save in my VRBO favorite for future stays.

Great Peaceful Stay

Although we did not do any cooking at the facility, the kitchen was adequate. The pool/jacuzzi was amazing. It was really peaceful at night and you could hear the coyotes singing at night. There is an air conditioner in the living room, but it does not reach into the bedroom and the ceiling fan just did not cool the room enough. Even a pedestal fan would have been great to have. Otherwise, we truely enjoyed our stay.

If you are looking for privacy this is not the place for you. In addition; First day I found an scorpion alive in the kitchen. Later I found a black female panties in the main room. The remote to turn on the TV room light did not work. The second day there was a plumbing problem, the shower water was not draining. After seven days at this property I never met Nancy the host.

Not That Private

The neighborhood and views are excellent and the rental was clean however this is not a private pool and you could be sharing it with whomever is staying at the main home. This was not disclosed in the listing. In our case it was the hosts family members kids (listing says kids are not allowed). Also not disclosed is a video camera covering the pool area and another gentleman lives behind one of the garages. The rental is a little long in the tooth, throw rugs are dirty, couch is badly stained, towel covering burn marks in a chair, and we found the washer and dryer had old clothes in them so we couldn’t use them. There is a small propane grill but no metal utensils and the largest frypan was 8” so bring your own or it’s one pancake at a time. Our opinion is the host lives elsewhere and doesn’t seem to be very interested in this rental. Sorry to say.

I happy to see that you extended your stay an extra 5 days. While you recovered from hip surgery. My listing covers that this is a guest house. Yes, I had family visit for two days of your stay my 15 year old nieces swam while you were not outside. We don’t allow guests children due to insurance purposes. Safety is our main priority. Your concern about privacy and then complaining that I gave you space and avoided being home is surprising to me. We have many returning guests and my 1948’s house isn’t for everyone. Thanks for the suggestion, I’ve stocked the home with BBQ tools.

This is such a beautiful property and well maintained. The inside is spacious. Towels fluffy. Bed and sheets are super comfy. The kitchen is well stocked with flatware and tableware.The location is ideal with being in reasonable driving distance of restaurants and tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood. What a privilege to be able to stay at a place with a lovely pool and scenic views where we could truly relax. We are looking forward to visiting again.
