If you are looking for a place to relax, Villa Fallbrook is the place for you. Elegant private pool house, private pool, and beautiful views. Perfect for business travelers, snowbirds, visiting family, etc. Your hosts live in the main house on the same property. We're a quiet middle-aged couple sharing our gorgeous property with those who also appreciate a peaceful environment. No smoking, parties, gatherings, extra guests, children or pets.
The space
Villa Fallbrook is newly finished construction, completed in early 2021. Start your mornings with a fresh cup of coffee or tea and watch the sun rise over the mountains while lounging in a comfortable chair on the patio. Our house sits on the 15th hole of the Pala Mesa Golf Course. A full kitchen allows you the flexibility of staying in or going out for meals. Everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal is here. All you need to bring is your favorite ingredients.
Free WIFI and NETFLIX on the 75" flatscreen TV.
The King sized bed is amazingly comfortable and white terry cloth robes are provided for your lounging convenience.
The pool deck has padded lounge chairs, umbrellas and a baja deck so you can lounge in the water and stay cool. You will have the private pool all to yourselves.

Villa Fallbrook is a beautiful property with gracious and helpful hosts. The pool and Jacuzzi were extra special and the grounds made us feel like we were in the Mediterranean. The pool house feels luxurious and comfortable with everything you'll need for an easy stay. Fallbrook's location makes day tripping enjoyable and efficient with so many destinations within an hours drive or less. We will be back!

Our stay at Villa Fallbrook was definitely a high point of our trip. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and this property rates five stars for sure. My husband is a master gardener and purchased a dozen unusual succulent plants. Pamela was very kind and helped us to pack them for travel back to North Carolina. We would DEFINITELY stay at Villa Fallbrook again. It was a pleasure.

Approaching the beautiful Villa, one first experiences an inviting heated swimming pool. Entering the home you walk into a beautifully appointed living area complete with an entertainment center and a modern well equipped kitchen. The unit has a sparkling clean, shower bathroom. Once we set down out luggage and explored the well-equipped features of the Villa, we słowly scanned the rolling hills surrounding the neighborhood.Relaxation was ahead of us for the duration of our stay at Villa Fallbrook.

I searched for hot tub and king bed and the Villa did not disappoint. Lovely stay for a couple of special occasions! Pamela was professional and very responsive. Rental space is large and clean. The smell of jasmine was a wonderful spring bonus. Thank you!

Best Place To Relax

This was hands down the best short term rental I have ever stayed in. Pamela was a gracious host. Complete privacy at the pool all day into the evening. I will definitely be back to put my phone on do not disturb and soak up the sunshine.

Our four night stay here was exceptional. From the beautifully appointed casita, comfort of furnishings, well-stocked kitchen, gorgeous pool and jacuzzi, there is nothing left to desire. Beautiful setting for our 25th.

We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and this was a perfect place for it. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet, and the house had everything we needed. Pamela thought of everything when decorated the interior, from the well stocked kitchen to all the necessities provided in the bath and pool area. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing stay.

Perfect couples getaway

Me and my wife both loved staying at this property. We were celebrating our 2 year wedding anniversary and just wanted some time alone to relax from our everyday lives with work and children and this was perfect. Villa Fallbrook was the perfect getaway for our 15 year wedding anniversary. It was a beautiful and luxurious pool house with a gorgeous pool and hot tub for our private use among the beautiful mountainous landscape. We loved watching the hummingbirds and other colorful birds come to the feeders placed around the property. We so enjoyed our very relaxing stay.

The most peaceful and wonderful stay

Our experience was amazing. The host was friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I had a wonderful stay. Gorgeous- Serene- Romantic

The property was absolutely beautiful and immaculate. It was equipped with everything you needed and much more. The amenities were high end and the outdoor area was equivalent to having your own personal intimate resort style paradise. Anniversary outing

The villa was lovely, perfect for two! The weather was a bit too cool to make use of the pool but the hot tub was awesome, used it every night. We enjoy getting out and seeing new places, so with this being our first time to southern California we really appreciated all the suggestions of places to see and restaurants to try that Pamela was ready to share with us. All in all a great time!

Wonderful way to bring in the New Year!

A little slice of Heaven

Took my wife to stay at Villa Fallbrook for her birthday. The property is nice and new. The pool was amazing. The door is a massive 5 paned sliding door so we had the breeze coming in and a view of the pool. The decor inside and out is so well done. Pamela must be an interior decorator. Full kitchen, with everything you could possibly need. If you’re looking for an incredible place to stay this is it! Needless to say, we had the perfect staycation birthday getaway.

Brief Respite

My wife and I wanted to have a Fallbrook getaway. This property and the property owner, Pamela, provided a casual but elegant overnight. She heated the jacuzzi-styled tub, overflowing into the pool, just for us. Perfect temperature. The appointments of the unit were posh. It is one BIG room, with an adjacent bathroom; containing a kitchenette, dining area, sitting area, bed area and "thinking" space. A definite 5 star. One recommendation was to have more blackout curtains. Overall - wonderful!
