Excellent location. Close to downtown and the airport.
Two separate master suites with ensuite baths; an upstairs master balcony with a stunning view of the mountains, Lots of fabulous hangout spots, including a spacious living room with skylight; an enclosed main-floor courtyard with west-facing sun. Recently remodeled kitchen with brand-new appliances and all the amenities you need and want. Two-car garage and fully gated space. Pickleball and tennis courts, two private pools, and a hot tub on the property (exclusive to the HOA). Close to shopping (Trader Joe's and Target one mile away); golf, biking, and hiking (local trails and Joshua Tree @ 45 minutes); all the fabulousness that downtown Palm Springs has to offer (5 miles); and lots of great local eats. The owners are regular travelers and VRBOers, and we welcome you to our Palm Springs oasis.

Centrally located, easily accessible to the airport, nearby shopping, and downtown Palm Springs. The HOA community is friendly and warm. We enjoy impromptu conversations at the pool, hot tub, or on the tennis/pickleball courts.
What makes this property unique
Fully equipped with all the comforts of home, the place is cosy with ample conversation areas both indoors and out, yet spacious with two floors to easily accommodate working professionals who need a little separate space. Sleeps two couples; a comfortable REI cushioned cot is available for a child or overnight guest.
