Come be our guest at “Villa Jacinto” a completely renovated and re-imagined Mid-Century Modern 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo in beautiful Sunrise Villas. Conveniently located near downtown Palm Springs and all the shopping and dining opportunities which the central location affords, this unit boasts an eclectic mix of vintage and new furnishings for your comfort. It includes a reimagined kitchen, new appliances, and bathrooms. With 2 flat screen smart TV’s in the living room and primary bedroom, free wi is included. The unit has almost 1400 square feet of living space on a single level with no upstairs neighbors and a very quiet setting. The unit also provides a beautiful backyard sitting area with the most incredible mountain view, and a lovely front courtyard which provides morning light and privacy. The condo is stocked with an assortment of household items and amenities to support your relaxing stay. The beautiful pool and spa, pickleball and tennis courts are a short stroll through a lovely greenbelt. Every site and event in Palm Springs is within a 5 to 10 minute drive. The host was friendly and accommodating. The pool was the perfect temp and right across the street. Nice area for walks. New appliances, comfortable beds, and great location. Only thing we didn’t care for was the traffic noise from Sunrise, which is unavoidable.

We enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and the owner was incredibly responsive. The heater and AC were excellent, and all the kitchen appliances (plus the outdoor BBQ) were brand new. We noticed that the road noise in the master bedroom was noticeable. The pool being right across the street was a bonus!

1 Month Stay at Sunrise Villas

My spouse and I spent a month at this lovely condo and enjoyed every minute! Our host was a great communicator, very welcoming and responsive. The condo has been beautifully renovated, is clean and looks exactly like the photos, although the space feels larger. There are two large TVs, one in the living area and one in the primary bedroom, no cable TV, but lots of choices via apps. Nice linens, towels and comfortable king bed in the primary bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need to make basic meals, including a selection of seasonings! We really appreciated the new kitchen appliances as well as the washer and dryer (with easy access in the closet off the patio). The property grounds are lush and well maintained and the unit is ideally located only a short walk to one of the heated pools and spas. The only consideration that could be a negative for this unit, is that it backs onto a busy street. Those with sensitivity to traffic noise should keep this in mind. Personally, we found that the traffic sounds were very much like white noise and contributed to a restful sleep. Overall, we had a fantastic experience with this host and property and would definitely stay here again!
