This bright and spacious new home is located in the thriving downtown Pensacola, Florida area. Walk to restaurants, bars, live music, breweries, museums, parks, festivals. The perfect weekend get away for girls or guys trips, couples, etc.
Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom. There is a private balcony off the master suite with outdoor seating. Enjoy this comfortable home that includes off street free parking.
-Parking accommodates two cars with some additional street parking
-High speed internet
-65 inch smart TV in living room, 55 inch smart TV in each bedroom.
-Well stocked kitchen with supplies for all your cooking needs
-Dining area seats 8 and kitchen island seats 3
Driving:
15-20 minutes to Pensacola Beach
30 minutes to Perdido Beach
12-15 minutes to Pensacola Airport
15-20 minutes: Naval Aviation museum and Pensacola NAS
We are walking distance to many things. Also, Uber Lyft and taxis easily available.
-Due to local laws, insurance, or HOA ordinances, all guests must be 21 years or older. Any guest under 21 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent for their entire stay. You agree to provide identification when requested.
-Absolutely no smoking anywhere inside or outside the home
-No additional guests at any time beyond who is listed in the booking without prior approval
-No parties or events
-Wash any used dishes or start dishwasher
-We are not responsible for any items left behind after you check out. If you realize something is missing, we will do out best to get it back to you. If found, we will charge a minimum $25 fee for shipping and handling (depending on the size of the item.) Or you may have someone pick it up in person.

Welcome to my home away from home! My name is Nina! I am a Louisiana native but enjoy my time in the Pensacola area. I'm a full time real estate agent and Notary Public. My goal was to create a place that was comfortable and relaxing for my guest to enjoy all that downtown Pensacola has to offer year round. The beach is only 15 minutes away.

This area of downtown Pensacola is where all the growth is happening. The transformation is underway to bring more living area to this up and coming part of town.
What makes this property unique
This is the PERFECT floor plan!!! Being a real estate agent, I've looked at hundreds of homes and this plan is ideal for all my guest's needs. The living area is open and the kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining. Each bedroom has its own private bath to give everyone privacy.
