HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $1500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.

- Primary renter MUST be at least 21 years old to book, must be staying at the rental property with other guests, and is responsible for all guests and visitors



You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.





*Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.



-Pets are allowed with a $50 additional pet fee per pet per stay (will appear as additional guest fee). You MUST pick up your pets waste in the yard. Failure to do so will result in a $100 per waste pick up charge.



NOTE: There are exterior security cameras at the entrance of the condo for the safety of our tenants and for the security of the residence and our guests. The cameras are all pointing away from the home and are in public view and are recording 24/7



LOCAL GUESTS: If you have a local area code or are booking from the surrounding area, you must message us before booking.



We do not accept local reservations without prior authorization and pre-approval. Instant Book reservations made by local guests without contacting us first are subject to immediate cancellation.



All local guests must complete a pre-screening process. Failure to comply will result in cancellation. No exceptions.

Interaction with Guests:

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
