Open floor plan flows thru the living area with wood burning fire place into the Florida Room-perfect for dining over-looking the lake. Glass sliders access the rear patio, and one of the lakes. Main level full bath and laundry. Upper level has two separate bedrooms and full bath with soaking tub/shower and double sinks. Mallard Lakes amenities include multiple pools, hot tub, pickleball, tennis, and volleyball courts, shuffleboard, a playground, fishing & crabbing pier, and kayaking. Be as active or relaxed as YOU want to be!

Condo is absolutely beautiful met our needs and beyond. Just a FYI this is in a retirement community lots of elderly folks in pool, bikes, walkers, etc

Beautiful Condo

The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Its view of the lake from the large glass doors is so relaxing. Communication to the property owners was easy and prompt.

Well stocked and clean property!

I was tempted to keep this Condo a secret but that wouldnt be fair to the awesome hosts...lol. If i could give this Condo an overall 11 I would. Its clean and very close to the beach and several restaurants. We enjoyed staying here and look forward to renting it again next summer!

Fantastic rental! Condo is exactly as pictured, was clean and well appointed, we had everything my mom and I needed for our week long stay in late July. Dara checked in to make sure all was in order the evening we checked in and was immediately responsive to the few questions we had during our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thank you!
