One bedroom one bath condo conveniently located one block off the beach and you don’t have any busy roads to cross to be surf side! Perfect size for a small family or a couple escaping for a relaxed vacation. This comfortably furnished condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen which includes a microwave. Close enough to the beach for bathroom and lunch breaks. Enjoy the best of both worlds with a great family friendly northern beach location close to the outlets and restaurants, and a quick walk to catch the bus for $3.00/day to be on the boardwalk or the inlet without the hassle of a car.
You will need to bring towels, bedding linens, all other toiletries. Bedroom has queen bed and queen pullout sofa in LR. 4 pillows are provided.

We had a wonderful stay at the North Oceanside Condo. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The amenities were excellent, making it easy to feel right at home, and the condo was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Communication with the host was effortless from start to finish, with quick, friendly responses that made planning our trip stress-free. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. This was one of the smoothest and most enjoyable rental experiences we’ve had, and we will definitely be booking here again for our next visit.

Close to the Beach

This is a great place to stay while in OC, MD. You can enjoy a view of the ocean while sitting on balcony. The host is very responsive and the place was clean.

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay over July 4! The condo is in a great location - very close to the beach and restaurants, so perfect as a home base for all we wanted to do. It's clean and quiet, and Tina is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Clean, convenient and comfortable

Location is great with easy access to the beach and a view of the ocean from the balcony. The unit was very clean and had many little extras that made it nice. It is in an older building with room a/c but the recent updates to the kitchen and bathroom, large smart TV (easy to simulcast) and the decor makes up for building. The key box was very easy to use. Parking spot was tight but we were able to park 2 cars back-to-back when we needed on super busy July 4th. Unit was quiet on days that fireworks weren’t set off for the holiday. It worked out great for us to go back and forth to the beach.

Cute little spot!

My bf and i stayed here for a weekend. It’s close in proximity for a lot of restaurants and bars. Super close walk to the beach which is very convenient. Tina was very helpful and always quick to answer my questions. We would stay here again!

Awesome location

Great location steps from the beach with an ocean view. We love north OC and this condo was perfect for our little family. Loved sitting on the balcony after a day at the beach. Easy parking. Quiet street. Loved it!

Good option

Good option if you want a balcony with a view of the ocean. Also a good option if you want to be on the part of the beach that isn't as busy and crowded. Walkable to several food options.

Perfect spot

The quaint condo was just right for us! It had everything we needed. We met kind neighbors in the building.m too. Easy walking access to the beach. Restaurants are everywhere. The kids loved the quiet street. Street parking was no problem too.

Nice little condo/ great location

Took my 12 year old granddaughter to Ocean City for a quick trip before school. We stayed in this condo just steps from the beach. We were about 15 minutes to the boardwalk. Condo is an older unit, but was clean and everything was in working condition. The balcony gave views of the ocean. I would definitely stay here again.

Great short beach visit!

My daughters and I wanted to come to OC for a short, three-day stay, and Tina was able to accommodate. Clean, bright unit with a bit of an ocean view and a quick walk over the dunes to the beach. I will consider returning in the future!

Thank goodness for the air conditioners, I arrived on the hottest day of the year and the condo was cool and comfy. Older but very clean condo in a perfect, quiet location. Owner responsive to messages.

Weekend at the beach

The unit is very close to the beach and comfortable. There is an outdoor shower / foot shower. The deposit was promptly returned. We enjoyed our visit to Ocean City. Tina was great. She recommended The Crabcake Factory up the street. We loved the Crabcakes and Bllody Mary with lump crab meat.

Everyone has enjoyed staying at our condo and vacationing at the beach. My favorite time is in the morning drinking my coffee on the balcony and eating my Fractured prune donuts. They are located on 127th Bay side next to the Verizon store. They are the best cake donuts...get there early with cash. Don't forget coupons in the coupon book..

Why they chose this property

My Family has enjoyed many summer days on the beach. Being able to quickly walk back to the condo for lunch and naps when the children were little which was terrific.

What makes this property unique

125th North side park for yearly events and especially on 4th of July for Fireworks which can be seen from front balcony or walk across the street to the park. Great location for the Annual Car shows and enjoy all the classic cars that come to OC!
