With so much to do, you may not spend much time in your room! But when you do, Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominium 307 won't disappoint. This one bedroom, one bathroom hideaway sleeps up to six and features a comfy queen bed in the master bedroom, fun, built-in bunks in the hallway plus a queen sleeper sofa in the spacious living room. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort includes:

2,500 square foot zero entry pool (heated during winter months)

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Great stay

Great weekend getaway!

The property was in a great location. We enjoyed the pools, the beach access, and the onsite food options. The views were beautiful!

Amazing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved it! The kitchen had everything you needed. The Condo was spacious as well. I will say, we were there for 5 days and only had one roll of toilet paper and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone to give us more.

Great little condo

The condo was clean and we had zero issues while there. The staff were all friendly and we enjoyed the amenities. The only downside was the bad timing on our part with the hotel next door and HS/college spring breakers causing disruptions but that’s not the property’s fault. Only thing I would say to someone booking is just to be prepared if you visit during spring break! Otherwise is was a great trip and we would stay again.

Very nice condo, but the crowd during the night on the main strip was unsafe

Nice condo with the only exception is the Crack in the glass table that was present when we arrived that cut my daughters finger, to which I did my best to cover up with some tape to reduce any further cuts during our trip. Thanks

Tv didn't work

It was ok for a family of 3 or 4 however we had 5 and sharing one small bathroom was not great trying to get ready. Beds and couch were comfy but light shines in bedroom horrible. Tv in bedroom didn't work and we called. Sent repair guy and he couldnt get it to work so went our entire stay unable to watch the bedroom TV. It was clean which was good.

It served it's purpose but disappointed

A bit disappointed with this unit. The unit was stale and musty smelling, the bedding always felt damp and the doors stuck; we always ran the ceiling fans to help. When it came to showers, there were only 3 towels, so we had to wash towels thru out our stay, I registered all 6 of my family members so I'm not sure why there wasn't enough. The fridge is dated with dents and had to make sure to push the door shut to stick. I love drinking my coffee on the balcony in the mornings but I had to work to get the sliding door open. Literally I had to put my foot on the side to push off while pulling the door open and still struggled. You could pull a muscle trying to open the door, smh. The TV in the bedroom got 1 channel and it glitched in and out. As stated, i was disappointed with this unit and will more likely not stay again. I hate leaving negative, so the positives: easy checkin, great location, elevators not crowded, security is on point and walks around pool to make sure you have your bands on, good parking.

Boardwalk Condos

We have stayed at the boardwalk many times and have always had a wonderful experience. It’s clean, right on the beach, and on the quieter side (which we like!). Appliances are incredible as well. We love that they started doing a 10 minute break for every hour for children swimming in the pool. As a disabled vet, it’s hard for me to navigate a pool with lots of kids, so that have adults a few minutes to dip in the pool as well. We don’t have children, but all the kids we did see looked like they were having a great time! The bunk beds in the condos are also very comfortable. We will be staying at the boardwalk again!

Everything was great Chuck in was good and easy people are very nice at the property we had a little trouble with the TV and the Wi-Fi service but other than that place was great and clean!

Great condo for 2!

The condo was clean and very orderly. No complaints. Nice balcony view of the ocean. A little noisy as pool is right below unit but overall it was just what we were looking for. Easy garage access and many elevators so no waiting for elevators like large hotels. Would highly recommend. Thanks for allowing us to stay there.

Great time! Awesome place!

Management was awesome, my wife and I actually arrived a day early and they were able to accommodate us. Everyone was very friendly amenities were very clean, room was very clean. Would highly recommend the chair service outside. Look forward to coming back.

Beautiful View

Overall this was a nice place to stay. The view is beautiful and the location is perfect. The things I would change would be more cosmetic. I would recommend update to appliances. The doors that go into the bathroom are a pain if more than two people stay. The TV in the bedroom glitches nonstops making it hard to watch anything. These issues didn’t change the good time we had just suggestions. They did an outstanding job at the resort keeping everything as clean as possible. I would definitely recommend this place to someone.

Too many maintenance issues

Traveling with my daughter & two grandkids ages 2 & 1. We arrived around 6pm so the welcome center was closed & the hotel did not have our packet yet. We were advised to go back to the closed welcome center, however it was still closed. We came back a second time & our packet arrived around 6:30. After an 8 hour drive With 2 young children this was disturbing. The room is a great location with a very good view of the pool & ocean. The sliding door was virtually impossible to open(2nd issue) . Maintenance arrived & the door was off its track plus it needed new rollers. Rollers had to be ordered so the door was a challenge the whole stay! Kitchen was poorly stocked with sparse dishes, silverware & cookware. The kitchen faucet was broken & only had hot water (3rd issue), maintenance tightened the faucet & turned on the cold water under the sink! Water puddled in the middle of the Hall Floor outside the Heat/air unit.(4th issue). Maintenance came up but couldn’t locate why & turned on a dehumidifier that was in the hall closet. This took the humidity out of the air but it is very loud! Lastly, the door deadbolt lock was broken & spinning. (5th issue). With a 2/12 year old knowing how to open doors, we really needed the door locked. Maintenance came up and said that this could not be fixed, it had to be replaced! So, giving this property 2 stars is generous! The view of the ocean & location get 2 stars. The owners need to take some time & give some attention to their condo. I did not want to spend my whole vacation pointing out all the maintenance issues that needed to be fixed. We will not rebook this condo ever again!

Not What We Expected

Commode had a dirty ring and tub was stained, which we cleaned before using, and reported on checkout. No offer of a partial refund on cleaning fee. Could have been an isolated incident, but I would recommend the owners check out the cleaning service. Neighbors smoked almost continually on balcony next door. On a positive note, the view was very nice.

Perfect home away from home!

Location on Thomas Drive was perfect. Sidewalks for walking was great. Room on 3rd floor had a great view & for those of us that can't do heights, it was perfect. The room was very clean, decorated very nice & furnished with all I needed. I love the plantation shutters! I enjoyed the 1 free day of beach chair & umbrella; would have loved to have more days included. The only thing negative is the De-humidifier is loud. The Boardwalk property is very nice, well maintained, clean, has great pool area, a very nice workout room, security & having a store & cafe is an added bonus.
