All the bathrooms are new, specially the heated toilet seats and bidet. master bathroom has heated floor. All will help you relax when you travling. It is conveniently located close to restaurants and supermarkets, also near major attractions in long island. You can sleep better in this safe and quiet neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

you can swim in the canal, water can be 5-15 feet deep depends on the tide, and fishing standing right on the dock, the light underneath the water attracts fish to come. Massapequa Cove is a unique fresh water mix with salty water fishing area.
