Great spot for a Long Island getaway

Our group had a fun time staying at Helen's place. It is in a prime location on the water, and has great outdoor and indoor areas for hanging out and cooking. It is also close to many fun things to do. Helen was responsive during the booking process. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a Long Island getaway!

Charming beach house

Loved the house. It was very clean, kitchen is fully stocked. We loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the view of the canal. Very cozy home. I would stay there again. Beds are also confortable.

Very nice

Comfortable place that had pretty much everything we needed. The downstairs definitely isn’t as nice as the upstairs but it’s comfortable and serves the purpose. Not sure how the little bedroom downstairs would have been cooled, but we didn’t use it. Nice beds and bedding. Nice bathrooms. Would have loved an umbrella for the taller table and chairs so we could enjoy the view when it was hot out. Overall a good experience with a beautiful view and the comforts of home.

Its not easy to find a water front house, this house may instantly put smile on your face after stepping in. The upper deck and lower patio have amazing views. The open kitchen and dining room are connected with living room upstairs. Its Perfect for your family gathering. All the bathrooms are new, specially the heated toilet seats and bidet. master bathroom has heated floor. All will help you relax when you travling. It is conveniently located close to restaurants and supermarkets, also near major attractions in long island. You can sleep better in this safe and quiet neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

you can swim in the canal, water can be 5-15 feet deep depends on the tide, and fishing standing right on the dock, the light underneath the water attracts fish to come. Massapequa Cove is a unique fresh water mix with salty water fishing area.
