Terrace Garden Manor is conveniently located - yet secluded - and convenient to Gatlinburg and the national park! It is perfect for large groups, churches, team-building retreats, and family reunions with a sprawling 6,050 square feet. The home is built in the estate area of Chalet Village and backs up to Incredible Views and 3000 acres of undeveloped natural forest with abundant wildlife. This 13 bedroom chalet, custom designed by the famous architect Hubert Bebb of Community Tectonics, was the 1968 Southern Living featured home of the year. The chalet accommodates more than 40 guests and boasts one of the best views in the Smokies! Grill out, relax in the hot tub, or roast some marshmallows around the outdoor fire pit. With tons of parking and even covered parking too, this cabin is perfect for car shows, motorcyclists, and groups with vans. You can even have a wedding in the outdoor shelter with portable tables and chairs included. Guests also have access to all the amenities of Chalet Village - including the pools & clubhouse. Spread out in Gatlinburg's best location close to Ober Mountain!

The house/cabin was very unique, which was exactly what we need/expected. There were a few minor things that need some attention, and the property owners took care of those issues IMMEDIATELY! This property was very comfortable, spacious and due to its location, allowed us to skip the gridlock in downtown Gatlinburg...a HUGE bonus!

Amazing and Great Communication

the drive to get up to the cabin is my only complaint and we knew it would be rough considering location, take your time and avoid driving it at sundown/ night. Everything else was absolutely great and was exactly what we needed to host our family to celebrate our marriage !

A little disappointed

While the cabin was great for accommodating for our group. It was concerning that we couldn’t enjoy the full property because if the bears. I did receive an email that bears had been spotted in the area BUT that’s soooo different than they are there almost all the time. We didn’t feel safe letting the children out to play or get enjoyment of being outside.We did enjoy the inside of the cabin- a bit dated but overall a good stay.

Belinda- I am sorry abut the bears. They have been absolutely letting everyone know they are around. Unfortunately there isn't much we can do about them. BUT, I am glad you had a good stay otherwise and we do hope you'll return to us in the future.
