Veranda Villa is a beautifully furnished and landscaped Mediterranean-style home with colorful, and comfortable décor. High ceilings, hardwood floors, ceiling fans, and a gourmet kitchen with everything you will need and more.
French doors open from every room onto 1600 sq ft of wide wrapping porches on every level for enjoying breakfast or just relaxing. Open floor plan with gourmet kitchen and granite counters. Many extras with the rental.
Master Bedroom has a King-Size Bed and a newly renovated master bath. French doors lead to the veranda with lounges. One guest room has a queen bed with a private bath. The guest room on the main floor has twin beds and a trundle. The cupola has a built-in sitting area, which converts to a small sleeping area that youngster might enjoy.
Enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico from the cupola.

Why they chose this property

Jerry and I vacationed along the gulf coast each year. After many years we found Carillon Beach and never left. It is the most beautiful place we had seen on the gulf coast, with pastel houses and white picket fences. The houses weren’t packed in together, there were no busy roads to cross to get to the most gorgeous uncrowded beach. Kids were playing and riding their bikes in this picturesque gated community. We decided to purchase a home and looked around until we found Veranda Villa. We loved the wide porches for enjoying outdoor dining, the open bright layout and the highest cupola in Carillon so we can see everywhere. It stills seems magical to me whenever I drive down the road and start to see the colorful houses come into view, and I know we have found the perfect place. We would love to share our little piece of paradise with you.

Our favorite thing is being in the beautiful blue water of the gulf and relaxing on the beach.
