You will have access to the entire house. The dining table is ready to sit 6 plus 4 at the island. The living room has a sofa and chairs and bench. This house offers 4 bedrooms and 2 convertible sofa beds one located in the living room and one in the game room. Fully furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a wonderful vacation.

Welcome to our open, bright waterfront luxury retreat on the Guadalupe River! The Weißes Chateau is just a short drive to downtown New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn, Gruene, & the Whitewater Amphitheater. Fully furnished for a fantastic vacation!

Our 4-bed, 3-bath house features 3 decks overlooking the river: one downstairs, one off the living & dining room, and a private balcony off the master bedroom. Enjoy private river access for floating directly from our property, and an outdoor shower on the deck downstairs.

The master suite boasts a king bed, private deck, and full bath; there are 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds, and a game room with a bunk bed (full/twin). All rooms have Smart TVs, and the house sleeps 11, including sleeper sofas.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Multiple waterfront decks offer 6 seating areas, a grill, chiminea fireplace, and picnic table. Inside, the high-ceiling design showcases stunning river views through floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen features a quartz waterfall island, stainless steel appliances, and a dining area overlooking the river.

A spacious living room with large picture windows opens to the deck, ideal for relaxing outdoors. Additional amenities include luxury baths, a work desk, laundry room, and a second full bathroom upstairs.

Outside, enjoy a covered patio with barbecue grill, Adirondack chairs, and games, plus direct river access for tubing and paddleboarding. For extra fun, take advantage of our complimentary kayak. You can Uber or Lyft to and from but there is not public transpiration near by. There are shuttles that will pick up and drop off to float the river that you can schedule or reach out and we can help you schedule.

- Early check-in & late check-out is allowed but for approval, fees may apply.

- No Smoking. This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed in the house or anywhere on the property.

- Dogs are allowed on the premises for a fee. However, they are not allowed on any furniture, beddings, or blankets. A fine may apply per piece of item or furniture will be paid if it's found.

- Absolutely NO cats!
Not all of our properties accept pets. For properties where pets are allowed, here are a few rules to keep in mind. There is a 2 dog maximum per stay 1. Please keep dogs on leashes. 2. Clean up after your pet, please dispose of all waste in the trash. 3. Please keep dogs in our yard. 4. Pets must have an ID tag, rabies tag, and collar at all times. 5. Absolutely no pets on the furniture or beds. Fees may apply. 6. No Aggressive pets. A Pet Deposit may apply, non-refundable and an additional fee per pet per day charge. PLEASE NOTE : If Pets are brought to the home and no pet deposit is paid prior to arrival, we will charge as mentioned above fees may applies.

-Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver, as this will protect you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
