With so much to do, you may not spend much time in your room! But when you do, Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominium 706 won't disappoint. This one bedroom, one bathroom hideaway sleeps up to six and features a comfy queen bed in the master bedroom, fun, built-in bunks in the hallway plus a queen sleeper sofa in the spacious living room. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominium remains popular with beach lovers thanks to its huge private beach the area's largest and family-friendliest amenities. When you're not body surfing in the waves or speeding along on a waverunner, you can splash with the kids in the "Splash Zone" relax in the beachfront pool and hot tubs, grab a cool, tropical drink at the beachfront bar and grill and finish the day with an ice cream or pizza from the Corner Market!

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

We would stay here again. Price was good. Great location. Security guards could’ve been a lot friendly. But there was one lady security guard that made up for all of them. She always made you feel like you were number one.

Very nice and clean condo. Condo had everything we needed and everything worked great. Unit also has a large dehumidifier that helped keep the humidity down in the room as well. Tiki hut has delicious food and drinks. The kids loved the ice cream shop. Nice size swimming pool and kiddie pool. Great golf course right across the street and a cool little pizza hub in walking distance as well as a souvenir shop.

Room was good and clean. Had some issues with the tv in the bedroom cutting in and out. And could use more pans for cooking breakfast. Might want to up grade the washer and dryer.

The condo was clean and the view was perfect! Only negative was not being able to have your cooler with or without drinks on the pool deck, but they were very nice about the rules. Would stay again!

The unit was clean, with perhaps less kitchen cookware than was helpful, but not insurmountable. The AC worked well. The property was well-maintained. The on-site tiki hut for drinks and food was super helpful and tasty. And the beach wasn't overly busy. We would definitely return!

Wonderful Stay

We truly enjoyed this condo, and the resort. The condo had everything we needed and then some. I had contacted the rental agent several times asking for a list of kitchen supply's since there had been no prior reviews. Well...needless to say I over packed. It had everything you need. We would most definitely stay here again. The cons was all the EXTRA unneccessary fee's is what would make us think twice. But truly a very nice codo. We would recommend, especially if all the extra fee's were atleast lowered. We paid $1,200 in addition to the rental fee when all the fee's were added in. The owner needs to rent this on their own. The location was wonderful..all guest and owners we spoke too were lovely. Family atmosphere. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.
