Spacious rooms filled with cozy furnishings welcome groups of all sizes eager to enjoy the beautiful surroundings, whether in the open-concept living/dining area, in comfortable bedrooms, or on the private balcony. If you have littles, they’ll love playing in the calm waters of the Santa Rosa Sound, and the beach is just a five-minute walk away!



Twente Toes is within just a few miles of several popular restaurants, including Juana’s Pagodas, The Slippery Mermaid Sushi Bar, Samurai Japanese Steakhouse, Dewey Destin’s, and Johnny Huston’s Grille and Bar.



Nearby family-friendly attractions include the Gulf Breeze Zoo, Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, Sea Turtle Conservation Center, and Navarre Family Water Sports Adventure Complex.



*Parking - The garage area will hold 2 vehicles, with room for  4 in the driveway.  PER HOA RULES:  Vehicles are not permitted on the street, including but not limited to boats, trailers, RVs, and jet skis.  For your convenience, a public parking area is located along the main road of Gulf Blvd. for parking these items.

Beautiful house close to the beach

The house is spacious and beautiful. The rooms are good-sized which gave us plenty of room to spread out. Our family particularly enjoyed being so close to the small pool and just a short walk to the beach.

What a lovely home! My husband and I stayed along with 7 other couples/friends for a friends wedding. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook everyday (besides the food, obviously, which Publix and several other grocery stores are right across the bridge). Living and dining space was also accommodating for the 9 people we had. All of the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms which was VERY NICE! The pool was great and a lot closer than we expected. There’s a trail that you can take in the neighborhood that takes you to the non ocean side where you can attempt to catch flounder. We didn’t have any luck but did find some conch and a big blue crab! Although the house isn’t directly on the beach, there’s a bridge with public beach access right across the street which was very convenient! Highly recommend this home for anyone staying at Navarre!

Beautiful House

The home itself is beautiful. We loved that everyone had their own bathroom. However, I had a lot of problem getting in touch with the property manager. We could not access the garage to park our Vehicles in. There was no place to put our outdoor items and so we had to leave them outside. The house is not three stories. The garage is the main level. I reached out numerous times to get the code and was never given one. When we got there the garbage was left from previous renters. Other than not having a place to store our cars or beach stuff, the house was great. Property management needs to step up their game and respond to renters.
