Cozy, custom bungalow in the heart of the Sante Fe Art District!

This Bungalow gem is in the Heart of the City, steps away from the Santa Fe Art District infused with an abundance of culture, art, and convenience. Enjoy several local coffee shops, breweries, as well as a number of great restaurants within walking distance! Easy access to multiple sports and concert venues, the Colorado convention center, museums, botanical gardens, the theater, great shopping, bike paths, parks, hospitals, and recreation centers. The first Friday of each month the district comes alive and hundreds of local artists share their work with the community while food trucks line the streets and live music fills the air. We are short light rail trip, easy drive or affordable rideshare away from all Denver has to offer. Our home is moments away from all major highways for an easy trip to popular mountain towns and ski resorts, hiking trails, and casinos. Spend some time in the city, escape up the mountain for a day of skiing, gambling or soaking in healing natural hot springs all from our perfectly located home.

We are locals to the area and our families have been here for generations. We’re available to answer any questions or give recommendations to make your trip to Denver a memorable one. You won’t find a better location to enjoy the best of everything Colorado has to offer.

Multi generational family stay

Very nice house for a family stay. Beautifully decorated and wonderful outdoor spaces. Only drawback is street parking which was difficult since we arrived in multiple vehicles. Overall a great stay!

Wonderful home & gathering space!

My friends and I were in Denver for a concert at Mile High Field, and Casa de Color was a perfect fit! We mostly enjoyed the backyard patio. Quiet, lots of seating, and beautiful flora.

Great Place

Great place with plenty of room to hang out. Minor issue with listing but the communication with the manager was fantastic. She fixed the minor issue and provided us with a great remedy to the error. The house was also very clean! Would stay there again!
