The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you used the hot tub, please ensure you cover it and set the temperature to 99 degrees using the gauge on the steps.
We’d also appreciate it if you could turn off interior lights before leaving - no need to worry about the timer-controlled game room lights. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our stay was truly wonderful. The host went above and beyond to accommodate my elderly in laws, including helping coordinate the delivery of medical equipment ahead of our arrival. Their communication was always timely, pleasant, and friendly, which made the entire process so much easier for our family. The home itself was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We were a large group ranging in age and everyone felt comfortable — from having their own rooms and personal space to being able to gather together for meals and family time. I highly recommend this property.
Wow, this house was amazing! It's close to everything we had planned and very nicely decorated. My friends and I loved the game room in the converted garage and the wooden hot tub in the backyard - highly recommend!
We had some issues getting in but the owner was very helpful. This is not a deterrent or negative however we were very hopeful and looking forward to using the hot tub but didn't realize it was so far from the property and we were there during 35 degree weather so it would not have been feasible to walk to and from the hot tub.The game room setup and everything else is absolutely amazing!! Highly recommend!

Thank you, Crystal. Really glad the game room and the rest of the stay delivered! The hot tub point is fair. It's on the back patio, which is a longer walk from the front of the house. The quickest path is through the game room. We'll make sure to call that out more clearly. Hope to have you back!
Great house near Red Rocks and not far from downtown.
Very nice, updated property in a quiet community. Very well decorated and modern. The garage has been converted to a game room which was perfect for our grip!
Such a beautiful and comfortable home! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was very kind, pleasant, and communicated clearly throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I truly enjoyed my time here and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The game room was a lot of fun and had plenty of space to spread out. Highly recommended. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.
We had an amazing time at this house! Each room was comfortable and the upstairs / downstairs provided separate areas for anyone needing a quiet space away from the living area. The garage / playroom was unheated but a great hang out area, and the hot tub was much larger than the photos show. All in all, great place!
The home exceeded our expectations! The house had everything we needed, was spacious and we LOVED the decor! There were so many games to play, for all ages. The soaking tub was perfect, relaxing and private. We took an Uber to a music venue downtown and ordered take out. The location was very convenient. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely return ☺️

Why they chose this property
The Yellow Door sleeps up to 14 across five bedrooms, two living areas, and a dedicated game room - with a hot tub and big back patio to match. It's the kind of space large groups need but rarely find in Denver, especially this close to the action. The Highlands, Berkeley (Tennyson Street), and RiNo are all within 10-12 minutes. Coors Field, Ball Arena, and Empower Field at Mile High are 15-20 minutes out. Red Rocks is about 20-25 minutes west, and I-70 is just a couple miles away for mountain day trips. Full house, central location, room for everyone.
What makes this property unique
The house was designed with intention - mid-century interior design with curated art and decor by an award-winning production designer, so the space feels memorable and leaves an impression. The dedicated game room carries this aesthetic with a mid-century vending machine and wall art that takes you back to the era, along with a truck bar and group-friendly games throughout. There's also a seating booth and its own climate control for year-round use. The handmade cedarwood soaking hot tub isn't something you find at your everyday Airbnb - it's a unique experience that will add to your list of stories from your stay at The Yellow Door.
