In a gated community, near super market and has AC!! Perfect place to bring a family with a gated community pool, playground, basketball and tennis courts, as well as a coin laundry machine if you need to wash! Beautiful sunrise and sunset form private community marina dock.
Can Bring Your Own Boat or watercraft Up To 23ft That Fit On The Property Except on Long Weekends.
license and registration are required when checking in to the front office as well as a REFUNDABLE $250 deposit in case of damage to the community. Cars are welcome but any additional than 1 car is at a cost of $10 a day.
